In the WING HO Kung Fu lesson "Wing Chun" Kung Fu and the Philippine stick fight "Eskrima" are taught. Even if the training contributes to fitness: everyone can learn Wing Chun. The athletic competition is not the focus of the lessons. Lessons are led by experienced teachers. The WING HO martial arts school also trains martial arts teachers.
